Champion Within Social Publisher is a private social-media publishing tool operated by Martin Horner for Champion Within.

Information we use

When the TikTok account holder connects their account, the tool may receive TikTok account identification details, authorisation tokens, permitted account settings and information needed to publish and check the status of content.

How information is used

Information is used only to:

• connect the authorised TikTok account;
• publish content requested by the account holder;
• check whether publishing succeeded; and
• prevent duplicate posts.

Storage and security

Authorisation credentials and workflow information are stored within the connected automation services and are accessible only to the operator. Reasonable steps are taken to protect this information.

Sharing of information

Personal information is not sold or used for advertising. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the tool, including TikTok, n8n and Notion, subject to their own privacy policies.

Data retention and deletion

Information is kept only while needed to operate the publishing workflow. The TikTok account holder may revoke access through their TikTok settings. Requests to access or delete information can be made through https://championwithinbooks.co.uk.

Children

This tool is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the tool or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page.
